Our customer facing engineers are knowledgeable of the equipment and services we represent while working to understand prospective applications and considering the full range of technical options. Through partner companies, our team taps over 180 expert engineers. We work closely with these experts bringing them into the discussion when appropriate.
We’re a geographic representative with focus on engineering decision makers in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. For selected partner companies we extend coverage through New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Eastern West Virginia. Our geographic orientation enables our getting to customer sites quickly when a visit can provide valuable perspective. When a virtual approach is right, we’re ready to provide near immediate forum and expert resource for robust discussion. In support of over 100 engineering firms, and many regional central engineering organizations, we’re frequently invited to assist in project discussions with worldwide participants joining.
Kahlco stays with the project for the duration. Our involvement begins with conceptual project discussion and carries through execution, start-up, and continuing support. We work to be knowledgeable of executed projects through regular check-in and support dialog. It’s typical for us to address queries about projects 40-60 years following installation. Regarding projects we’ve been involved with, if we don’t have the answer, we find it or point in the right direction fast.
